Relax in the comfort of your very own private condo after an exciting day of driving! Imagine having a place to call your own at the track. A place you can bond with family, entertain friends, and network with business associates.
A private entrance allows RMC Garage Condo members 24 hour access to their individually deeded and metered units that overlook the members-only 2 mile road course. The lower level of each garage condo allows for storage of automobiles, tools, and the like. The upper level will have an open concept design for entertaining. From the entertaining space, floor to ceiling windows lead you to a key feature of each unit, a second story patio. As an owner, you and your guests will be able to take in the excitement of the course from your lofted patio with an expansive view of the track and see why RMC is the place to be.
Owners have the option to choose from one of two plans: (i) white box standards, which will be prepped with electric, water, sewer and HVAC, as well as be cable and internet ready; or (ii) a standard floor plan and pre-selected finishes available for an additional fee.

Units will be 1,000 square feet; however, multiple units may be combined to create a larger space.

You can choose to add a second level to your garage condo by purchasing a mezzanine for an additional fee and increasing your total square footage to 2,000 square feet.
